Government Degree College for Women, Anantnag proudly celebrated Sewa Parv with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. As a part of the celebration, a Pledge Taking Ceremony was organized by NSS Wing of the College under the theme “SEVA PARV - Serving Together ,Building Viksit Bharat” under the able guidance of Prof.(Dr.) Masood Ahmad Malik the Principal of the College. The event commenced with a brief introduction about the significance of Sewn Parv, emphasizing the importance of service to society, community welfare, cleanliness, and nation-building. Faculty members, NSS volunteers, and students participated wholeheartedly. The highlight of the ceremony was the collective recitation of the Sewa Parv Pledge, where all participants solemnly vowed to dedicate themselves to the spirit of service, to keep their surroundings clean, to work for the betterment of the community and the nation, and to inspire others to join the path of service.
