Report on Morning Assembly 21/09/2026 The college organised a morning assembly today with the objective of fostering discipline, positive values, student engagement and a sense of responsibility among the students. The programme commenced with a prayer, creating an atmosphere of reflection and positivity. This was followed by an insightful speech delivered by a student on the theme “Our Role as Students.” The speaker highlighted the responsibilities of students towards their education, institution and society, and emphasised the importance of discipline, sincerity, mutual respect and active participation in academic and co-curricular activities. Addressing the gathering, Principal Prof. Khalida Hassan issued necessary directions to the students and motivated them to make optimum use of the academic services, infrastructure and other facilities provided by the college. She encouraged the students to remain focused on their studies and to actively participate in the opportunities available to them for their overall development. The Principal also sensitised the students about the excessive and inappropriate use of smartphones. She advised them to use technology responsibly and cautioned them against misuse of digital platforms, particularly stressing the importance of respecting the privacy, dignity and personal information of others. A special feature of the assembly was the felicitation of the newly elected members of the Student Council. The Principal congratulated the newly elected representatives and encouraged them to discharge their responsibilities with sincerity, discipline and a spirit of service. She urged them to act as a constructive bridge between the students and the college administration. The assembly concluded on a positive and motivating note by prof Iqbal Qadri , reinforcing the values of responsibility, discipline, digital awareness, student participation and respect for others.
